work to develop practical skills in using supercritical
liquid CO2 as a plasticizing agent in polymer processing.
This low energy processing initiative was also supported
by the Carbon Trust.
- Fundamental
work to develop skills in the incorporation of nanofillers
into a range of polymer material types.
-
Development of advanced chemical analytical techniques maximising
the benefits from using state-of-the-art equipment such
as GC x GC-ToF (Time of Flight) and LC-MS Trap.
